We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide services. These providers may include customer-management software, scheduling services, payment processors, accounting providers, communications providers, website providers, and other contractors or technology providers.
For example, Carden Landscaping may use Jobber to manage customer information, estimates, scheduling, communications, invoices, payments, and related business activities.
These providers may process information on our behalf according to their own privacy and security practices and applicable agreements.

Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, communications, estimates, scheduling, and services provided by Carden Landscaping (“Carden Landscaping,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, approving an estimate, communicating with us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms where applicable.
1. Landscaping Services
Carden Landscaping provides landscaping and related property services, which may include landscaping installation, sod installation, irrigation installation and repair, grading, dirt work, planting, property improvements, and other outdoor services agreed upon with the customer.
The exact scope of each project will be determined by the applicable estimate, quote, proposal, work order, invoice, or other agreement between Carden Landscaping and the customer.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Unless otherwise stated, an estimate is not a guarantee that unforeseen work, materials, site conditions, or customer-requested changes will be included at the original price.
Additional work or materials outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions materially affect the work required.
3. Estimate Approval
Approval of an estimate, including electronic approval through Jobber or another system used by Carden Landscaping, indicates authorization for Carden Landscaping to perform the work described in that estimate.
Any deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, or project-specific conditions included in an estimate or proposal will also apply to that project.
4. Deposits and Payments
Carden Landscaping may require a deposit before scheduling work, ordering materials, or beginning a project.
Payment terms may vary depending on the project and will be communicated through the estimate, invoice, or other agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work.
Customers are responsible for reviewing estimates and invoices and promptly notifying Carden Landscaping of any questions or disputes.
5. Scheduling and Weather
Project dates and completion times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Landscaping work can be affected by weather, soil conditions, material availability, equipment issues, subcontractor availability, utility conflicts, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Rain, excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, or unsafe working conditions may cause work to be delayed or rescheduled.
Carden Landscaping is not responsible for reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
6. Property Access
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property as necessary to complete scheduled work.
Customers should ensure that gates are accessible and that pets, vehicles, personal belongings, and other obstacles are appropriately secured or moved when necessary.
7. Underground Utilities and Property Conditions
Customers should notify Carden Landscaping of known private underground utilities or improvements that may not be identified by standard utility-location services, including private electrical lines, irrigation components, drainage systems, septic components, invisible fences, landscape lighting, and similar installations.
Carden Landscaping will exercise reasonable care while performing work but is not responsible for damage to underground items that were not properly marked, disclosed, or reasonably identifiable before work began, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Plants, Sod, and Living Materials
Plants, sod, seed, and other living materials require proper watering and maintenance after installation.
Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, the customer is responsible for watering and maintaining installed plants, sod, seed, and landscaping after installation.
Carden Landscaping cannot guarantee the survival or continued health of living materials when damage or failure results from improper watering, excessive watering, drought, extreme temperatures, disease, pests, animals, chemical applications, neglect, weather, or other conditions outside our control.
Any specific plant or workmanship warranty provided for a project will be governed by the terms of that warranty.
9. Irrigation Systems
Irrigation performance may be affected by water pressure, water supply, existing plumbing, existing irrigation components, property changes, freezing conditions, and other circumstances outside Carden Landscaping's control.
Customers are responsible for operating and maintaining irrigation systems appropriately after installation unless an ongoing maintenance agreement provides otherwise.
10. Changes to the Scope of Work
Customers may request additions or changes during a project.
Changes that require additional labor, equipment, materials, disposal, or subcontracted work may result in additional charges.
Significant changes may require approval of a revised estimate or change order before the additional work is performed.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact Carden Landscaping as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule work.
Deposits used to purchase special-order or non-returnable materials may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Any project-specific cancellation or deposit terms stated in an approved estimate or agreement will control if they differ from these general Terms.
12. Communications and Jobber Receptionist
Carden Landscaping may use third-party technology providers, including Jobber, to manage scheduling, estimates, customer communications, invoices, payments, and customer service.
We may also use automated or artificial-intelligence-powered receptionist and communication tools to help answer calls, collect information, respond to inquiries, and schedule or manage customer requests.
Information submitted through these systems may be processed according to our Privacy Policy and the applicable service provider's policies.
13. Phone Calls and Text Messages
By providing your telephone number and requesting or consenting to communications from Carden Landscaping, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry, estimate, appointment, project, account, or services.
Where you have provided the legally required consent, we may also send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact Carden Landscaping directly.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Mobile information and text-message opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
14. Calls and Automated Technology
Calls with Carden Landscaping may be answered, assisted, transcribed, recorded, or otherwise processed using automated or artificial-intelligence technology where permitted by law.
Where notice or consent is legally required for call recording or similar processing, appropriate notice or consent will be provided.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Carden Landscaping name, branding, original website content, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Carden Landscaping.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carden Landscaping will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, project information, property information, and any other information reasonably necessary for us to perform the requested services.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining any permissions or approvals that are specifically their responsibility under an estimate, contract, homeowners association requirement, or applicable law.
19. Privacy
